Incepted in the year 1995, we are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of premium quality precision auto components like: Cnc turned gear blanks, Machined flanges, Valve bodies, Gear shafts, Track rollers, Induction Hardened shafts, Machined Spring hanger Brackets, Spring pins, Steering Column Assembles, and Fabricated parts like Cowl/ Cab Mounting Brackets, Outriggers, Accelerator and Brake Pedal Mounting brackets and assemblies, Gear Shifting levers and assemblies, Center bearing brackets, Spare Wheel Carrier assemblies, Gussets and Shackles, etc.

We are also one of the few counted names to handle a set of tier II suppliers to supply parts of sub-assemblies, small sheet metal components, rubber & plastic components. Keeping pace with expanding technology gives us the leading edge in finding the right solution for business needs. Capable of producing precision prototypes products, we are specialized in meeting any bulk requirement within the stipulated time frame.

Our Production Unit

The growing demand for cost effective products has been the driving force for us and to achieve this objective we have developed best production unit. Built across 3200 sq. meters, our production unit is modernized with the extensive use of contemporary machines making our products technologically superior. Our in-house machining facility is equipped with advanced CNC machines, allowing us to efficiently process components with diameters of up to 400 mm. Our production unit also has good tie-up arrangements with casting & forgings units, Investment casting units and other steel manufacturers. Following Kan ban system in our supplies, we also have kaizen exercises on our shop floor. Some of the most important facilities that are installed at our production unit are:
